She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmo Sipes and Susie Beckliehimer Sipes; and her sister Caroline Sipes. She is survived by: her sons, Josh McDaniel (Candace) and Casey McDaniel (Rachel); her granddaughter Rosie McDaniel; her brother Burton Sipes (Regina); and her nephews, Jon Sipes and Joseph Sipes.
