It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Chester Phebus (Sharon, Tennessee), who passed away on January 29, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Phebus and Mary Gann; and his brother Bobby Phebus. He is survived by: his brothers, Edwin Phebus, David Gann (Janice) and Raymond Gann; his wife Sharon; his children, Tara Nichols, Vincent Phebus, Shane Phebus (Christine) and Sunshine Whiting (Dan); his grandchildren, Taneal Nichols, Brian Phebus, Samantha Phebus, Matthew Phebus, Amelia Whiting, Wyatt Whiting, Caroline Whiting and Eleanor Whiting; and his great grandchild Oaklee Phebus.
