He was predeceased by: his mother Wanda Meredith; his grandmother Joan Finchum; his aunt Sadie Meredith; and his uncle John. He is survived by: his father Herman Meredith; his brother Dennis Lynn Meredith; and his aunt Dorothy Johnson of Ohio.
