She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Lackey and Flora Lackey; and her sister Faye Pitts. She is survived by: her husband William Avery of Sharon; her children, Scott Avery (Leslie), Greg Avery (Janet), Ken Avery (Mary Ann) and Beth Mathews (Jeff); and her brother Bill Wayne Lackey. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
The family has requested everyone to wear mask and practice social distancing.
