She was predeceased by: her father Ewing Brawner; her husband Raymond Jerry Hamlin; her brothers, Ralph and Walter Thomas Brawner; and her son Steve Hamlin.
She is survived by: her children, Kelly, Carey Hamiln and Starla Cooper (William); her grandchildren, Candace Allman (Eric), Dena Carter (Anthony), Deidra_Ann Crafton (Jonathon) and Steven Hamlin; her great grandchildren, Andrew (Amber), Landon Carter, Cooper, JonReece Allman, Rylin and Isabel Crafton; and her great great grandchild Rhett Asher Carter.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Sharon First Baptist Church in her memory.
