It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James McArthur Allen of Sharon, Tennessee, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on February 21, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Allen and Mamie Allen (Warren); and his siblings, Damon Allen, Lana Stogner, Teresa Kaiser, Carolyn Allen, Phyllis Sweat and Rita Graves.

He is survived by: his wife Josephine Allen; his sisters, Brenda Turner and Deborah Allen; and his grandchildren, Nickolas Wilkey, Dallas Laney, Amber Malone, Alex, Logan Diebold, Andrew Allen, Emily Garren, Christopher Trucksis, Lee Roy, Andrew Browne, Brett and Brady Adams. He is also survived by friends and family, and "Uncle Mac" by multiple nieces. nephews, and cousins.
