He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jean Kosusnik, Brenda Arnold and Keith Fortner; and his parents, Harry Fortner and Lorraine Fortner.
He is survived by: his sister Diana Fortner of Sycamore, IL; and his uncle Dale. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews, 14 great nieces and nephews, and 2 great-great nephews, and many extended family members and friends.
