He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hardy Skaggs and Mary Helen Skaggs (Wells); and his brother Joseph Michael Skaggs. He is survived by: his girlfriend Sharon Flowers Skaggs; his children, Mark Erin Skaggs (Shelby) and Alisa Marcette Shrout; his grandchildren, Bayla Monet Shrout and Celeste Ray Skaggs; and his brother Carl Andrew Skaggs (Sylvia). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
