As Charles departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Charles may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Charles leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Howard and Dimple Huddleston Howard; his sister-in-law June Thompson; and his nephews, Jeff Howard and Phillip Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Farris Howard; and his siblings, Larry Howard of Sparta and Glenda Johnson of Cookeville.
