He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Roark of Creston, NC and Pauline Roark Donnelly of Shady Valley, TN.; his daughter Connie S. Roark; his sister JoAnn Roark; his stepfather Roger Donnelly; and his nephew Douglas Stout.
He is survived by: his son Kenneth Roark; his grandson Nathaniel Roark; his daughter Melissa Hollaway; his nephew Bob Stout; and his sister-in-law Ruby McCullough.
