He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lenna Mae Owens and Gene Roberts. He is survived by: his wife Deborah 'Debbie' Mullins; his daughters, Amanda Elmansy, Stephanie Perkins and Laura Eaton; his grandchildren, Dalton Blaze Laws, Jaida MaKinzie Perkins and Destiney LaRae Allen; and his siblings, Laura Bell Hicks, Bredia Gibson, Freda Sorah, Clinton Mullins and Douglas Mullins.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Mountain City Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
