Lydia Lewis Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lydia Lewis of Shady Valley, Tennessee, born in Bristol, Tennessee, who passed away on December 31, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter McQueen and Alva Kress McQueen; her husband Ben M. Lewis; her sons, Calvin Lewis and Conrad Lewis; and her siblings, Sharlene Wright and Haskell T. McQueen.

She is survived by: her daughters, Clarice Crowder (Randy) and Carolyn Lewis; her siblings, Reba Robinson, Charles McQueen (Helen) and Kerby McQueen (Linda); her grandchildren, Christine Carter (Ronald), Leslie Davis (Darren) and Cayla Arney (Chad); her great grandchildren, Roshanna Carter, Randy Carter, Colton Saults and Callie Saults; and her close friends, Kimra Campbell and Mary Cornett. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials may be made in Lydia's memory to the Shady Valley Fire Department, c/o Conley Gentry, 340 Walker Rd. Shady Valley, TN 37688.
