It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnny Grindstaff of Shady Valley, Tennessee, who passed away on November 17, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Matthew Scheirer; his sister Lorraine Watson (Howard Watson); and his brother-in-law Robert Hicks. He is survived by: his parent Hazel Proffitt; his wife Barbara Grindstaff; his daughters, Kristie Price (Greg), Shelly Scheirer and Joanie Grindstaff; his sisters, Judy Hicks, Sherry Laws (Alan), Beverly Bowers (James) and Cindy Stout (Bo); and his grandchildren, Johnathan Looney (Blake), Corie Price (Dakota), Zachary Price (Whitney), Wyatt Scheirer, Olivia Scheirer and Alley Ford. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and a long list of special friends.
