She was predeceased by: her parents, Hayes Shelton and Sue; her son Wallace "Bob" Garland; her husband Odell Wallace; and her grandson Daniel Garland.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Parker (Rendell), Melissa Bullock (Tommy), Timothy Garland, Berna Arnold (Mark) and Michael Garland; her grandchildren, Gary Robinson, Matthew Robinson, Christopher Couch, Michael L. Garland, Brooke Garland and Miranda Wilson (Cory); her great grandchildren, Justice Robinson, Arabella Couch, Mia Tester, Emerson Garland, Addyson Garland, GanynWilson, Mylah Wilson and Emilia Garland; her siblings, J. B. Shelton (Nell), Randy Shelton and Chris Shelton Eastridge (Jack); and her aunt Louise Henry (Charles). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
