He was predeceased by: his father Grant Hodge; and his brother Virgil Hodge. He is survived by: his wife Shelby Rutter Hodge; his sons, Jeff Hodge (Betty), Norman Hodge (Gina) and Nathan Hodge (Mandy); his grandchildren, Ernie Hodge, Josh Hodge and Morgan Hodge; his great grandchild Khloe Hodge; his siblings, Judy Warden, Deloris Goble, Ted Hodge and Ed Hodge; and his niece Abigail Murray.
