He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Thomas Fletcher, Sr. and Iva Lois Manuel Fletcher. He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Tester (Jeff) and Karen Fletcher; his grandchildren, Jacob Fletcher (Morgan), Nick Fletcher, Andrew Fletcher, Cailie Tester and Blake Tester; his great grandchildren, Caden Fletcher and Kynslee Fletcher; and his siblings, Denise Fletcher, Vanessa Fletcher, Chris Fletcher (Rosella) and Jeff Fletcher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
