She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Boggs and Frances Painter Boggs; and her husband Bobby Hal Lewis. She is survived by: her sister Kathy Boggs; her granddaughter Zoe Lewis; her son Jeff Lewis (Maggie); her stepsons, John Spurgeon (Crystal) and James Spurgeon (Kim); her sisters, Trishia Robinson (Jeff) and Janey Lane (Jimmy); and her grandchildren, Elijah, Izzy, Zane, Ezra and Colin Lewis. She is also survived by several step grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
