It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annie Ruth Wallace of Shady Valley, Tennessee, who passed away on September 7, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dana Main and Ada Watson; her husband Jackie Wallace; her daughter-in-law Norma Wallace; her son Terry Wallace; and her siblings, Velma Blevins, Gene Minton, Jimmy Hodgson and Delmar Main.
She is survived by: her children, Lorie Wallace, Ricky Wallace (Evelyn), Tim Wallace (Peggy), Gary Wallace and Jessie Wallace; her close friend Guy Hayes; her sisters, Dorothy Wallace and Mary Main; and her grandchildren, Daniel Mullins, David Mullins, Scott Wallace, Neil Wallace, Megan Osborne and Cody Wallace. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Alzheimer's Association.
