He was predeceased by: his parents, Neva Rogers DeLozier and Robert Raymond DeLozier; his wife Betty Ruth Pitner DeLozier; and his son William Randall "Randy" DeLozier. He is survived by: his sisters, Ruth Clark, Georgia Teague, Ruby Loveday and Jean Evelyn Cutshaw; his daughter-in-law Iva DeLozier Massey; his grandchildren, Joshua DeLozier and Julia Duarte DeLozier (Esly Alex); and his great grandchildren, William Rhys and Annalise Duarte DeLozier. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
