He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Burnette; his uncle Jack Pugh; and his grandmother Isa Pugh. He is survived by: his father Papaw; his wife Alice Burnette; his daughters-in-law, Michael Burnette, Tracy Burnette, Mark Burnette and Amy Burnette; and his granddaughters, Payton Burnette Phillips, Madison Burnette and Emma Burnette.
