With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Penelope Bradshaw of Seymour, Tennessee, born in Montgomery, Alabama, who passed away on January 22, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Bradshaw; her parents, Jackson T. Shell and Lottie Ruth Shell; her siblings, Debra Thompson and David Shell; and her sister-in-law Kay Shell.
She is survived by: her children, Melanie Parton (Travis), Amelia Carter (Greg), Pamela Smith, Joel Bradshaw and Bethany Baker (Tim); her grandchildren, Raigan Smith, Madison Coffey, Rachel Williams, Leah Dunlap, Emily Rudd and Samantha Hodnett; her great grandchildren, Skylar, Boone, Ozzy, Nellie, Blake and Jack; and her brothers, Jack Shell and Randall Shell (Juanita). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
