He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Neal. He is survived by: his sister Louna Bradley; his wife Charlene Neal; his sons, Scott Neal (Jamie) and Shane Neal; his grandchildren, Briana Neal, Brentley Neal and Alexis Staley; his pets, Diva and B. J.; and his sister Ann Brown.
