Lewis, Jr. (Melanie), Sandy Dente (John) and Laura Lewis; her sons, Stephen M. Lewis (Hailey), Calvin Lawson (Amanda), Matthew Rajkowski and Nicholas Rajkowski (Jamie); her grandchildren, Autumn, Aurora, James, Ben and Duncan; her great grandchild Owen; and her nieces, Rebecca Phillips (Zach) and Murphy Lewis. She is also survived by numerous brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
