She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Beier and Francis Beier; and her brother Marvin Beier. She is survived by: her children, Scott Nelson, Cindy Dinwiddie (Tim) and Belinda Nelson; her grandson Dustin Dinwiddie; and her friend Bernadine.

In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to your local animal shelter in honor of Mary Ann's love for animals.
