He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Webber and Linda Webber; and his grandparents, Johnny, Dorthy Garrett, Jim and Edna Webber.

He is survived by: his daughter Kelsey Mengedoht (John); his grandsons, Waylon of South Carolina and Weston Mengedoht of South Carolina; his siblings, Kim Webber of Knoxville, Kelli Goddard (John) of Knoxville and Daniel Webber (Jessica) of Knoxville; his girlfriend Carolyn Delius of Seymour; his close friends, Loretta Faircloth of North Carolina, Hannah Faircloth of North Carolina and Donny Burress of Seymour; and his pet Gus. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
