She was predeceased by: her parents, John Widner and Cora Widner; her siblings, Ransom (Reba Widner), Clifford (Louise Widner), Edward (Rae Widner), Joe (Lily Widner), Ella (Bill Franklin), Evelyn (Francis Creswell) and Irene (George DeLozier); her nephew Jonny Mac Widner; and her former husband William M. Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy M. Smith and William A.; her daughter-in-law Jill Smith; her grandson William "Blake" Smith; and her nieces and nephews, Jerry Widner, George Creswell, Suzie Ellison and Joette Begue.
