He was predeceased by: his father Frank O. Reed; his brother Marion E. Reed; his wife Mary Lee Reed; and his son Michael Gene Reed. He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Reed and Lesa Fain (Buddy); his grandchildren, Aaron James Fain and Emily Kate Fain (Eric); and his great grandchildren, Ellis Michael Lynch and Everlee Irene Lynch.
