He was predeceased by: his parents, David Miller and Mary Jane Miller; and his brothers, Kenneth Miller, Junior Miller and Larry Miller.

He is survived by: his sons, Brandon Miller, Derek Treffner and Dustin Treffner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
