She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas and Laura Kitts; and her brothers, Bud (Evelyn Kitts) and JT (Norma Kitts). She is survived by: her sons, Mark Payne (Kim) of Maryville, Tim Payne (Gayle) of Knoxville and Eddie Payne of Seymour; her grandchildren, Evan Payne, Lucas Payne and Amy Williams; and her sister Avis Evans (AJ) of Knoxville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
