He is survived by: his father Thomas Winfred Smartt; his wife Janie Nunley Smartt; his granddaughter Jessica Elizabeth Smartt; his children, Jennifer Sweeton (Anthony), Rose Knight Turney, Jeanette Lee (Keith), Randy Nunley (Jane), Raymond Nunley (Candy) and Clint Nunley; his siblings, Judy Nunley, George D. Smartt (Sadie) and Ronald E. Smartt; and his grandchildren, Kerrie, Jared, Nichelle, Leah, Jason, Jamie, Lauren, Kelsey, Justin, Joshua, JennaRae, Bella, Jacob, Kaytlin, Trey, Rylee and Jace. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
