He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Laura Beth Matthews (Jeff) and David Nickles Graham; his grandsons, Elliot Graham, Graham Matthews and George Matthews; his brother Horace Graham (Carolyn); his uncle David Graham (Martha); his sister-in-law Karen Buckner (Davis); his niece Mary Alice Owens (Mark); and his nephews, Craig Graham, Ben Buckner (Julie), Bob Buckner (Alison) and Mark Buckner (Kristin Davis).

Tim was a joy to grow up with and to be around. I have fond memories of us playing cowboys and Indians as children around our grandparent's home and climbing in and out of the tobacco barns. He was the cousin with the biggest heart and I saw that as an adult he continued to care deeply for others. I will miss his laughter. Linwood”
