With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sara Ruth Dorn of Sewanee, Tennessee, who passed away on September 12, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Blizzard of Virginia and Charles Harrison Higgins. She is survived by: her husband Felder Dorn; her children, Ruth (Eugene) of Croydon, Julia of Millburn and Thomas (Eleanor) of East Stroudsburg; her grandchildren, Kristine, Allison and Adam (Valerie); and her sisters, Virginia Cook of Wheaton and Mae Higgins of Greenwood.

Due to COVID restrictions please contact St. Stephen's Church at 973-376-0688 for details about visitation and the service as the number of visitors will be limited.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the Newark Public Library, 5 Washington Street, Newark, NJ 07101 or St Stephen's Church 119 Main Street, Millburn, NJ 07041.
