It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Louise Prince Irwin of Sewanee, Tennessee, who passed away on April 16, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. D. Prince and Irene Hawkins Prince; her husband William Richard "Dick" Irwin; and her siblings, Juanita Mankin, Mary Frances Gallagher, Doris Ann Edwards, Larry Prince and Harry Prince.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Irwin (Sandy), Patrick Irwin (Kathy) and Vicki Sargent (Mark); her sister Janis Prince Stovall; and her grandchildren, Natalie Irwin, Logan Sargent, Nicholas Sargent and William Irwin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
