She is survived by: her sisters, Betty Carden and Sarah Vaughn; her children, Dorothy Tate Turrentine, Charles Brannon (Stella), James Tate, Annie Tate and Randy Tate; her grandchildren, Antonio Len Turrentine, Kimberly Turrentine, Jacqueline Denise Turrentine, Sonja Brannon, Daralle Brannon, Sylvia Brumback, Jerry Simmons, Chad Gray, Stephanie Fitzgerald and Shanika Bean; and her sister-in-law Leatha Mason. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
