He is survived by: his fiancée Evelyn Patton; his fiancée's children, Andrea Taylor and Chasity Patton; his children, Tara Nicole Reed (Michael) of Indianapolis, IN and Richard Clark of Marion, IN; his mother Linda Jacobs (Rick Anderson) of Manchester; his siblings, Rhonda Sizemore of Marion, IN, Joy Roberts of Gas City, IN and Shawn Sizemore (Francie) of Upland, IN; his stepmother Kay Sizemore (Mark Hurd) of Marion, IN; and his grandchildren, Adrian Rexroat, Aylah Reed and Audrey Sizemore. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
