She is survived by: her husband Jerry Jacobs; her sons, Jim Jacobs (Alexandria) of Midway and Tim Jacobs (Sallie) of Midway; her grandchildren, Dennis Jacobs (Lori) of Midway, Carla Green (Joshua) of Sewanee and Eliza Jacobs of Midway; her great grandchildren, Carmen Green, Josie Green, Dani Beth Jacobs, Wyatt Jacobs and Jake Valdez; and her siblings, Betty Sue Powers (George), Mary Taylor (Billy), Helen Jean Parsons (Jimmy), Bubby Conry (Johnnie Rose), Linda Faye Powers (Mickey), Judy Ann Parmley (David), Ruthie Dunlap (Bud), Shirley Russell (Rick) and Kathy (David).
