She was predeceased by: her father Robert Culbertson; her stepfather Charles Miller; and her daughter Cassidy O'Neal-Maddox. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Tony" Green; her mother Edith Miller; her children, Brandon Brackman, Krystle Alonso-Chandler (LJ) and Jennifer Alonso; her siblings, Bryan Culbertson and Teresa Montgomery (Gary); and her grandchildren, Jeremy, Kayleena, Jacob, Jeremiah and Alice.
