She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman Bishop and Carrie Bishop; her daughter Teresa Bishop; her siblings, Janie McNew, Glen Bishop and Hoop Bishop; and her grandson Patrick Carson.
She is survived by: her husband James Jones; her siblings, Esta Wells and Mack Bishop; her daughters, Delena Blevins and Angela "Nikki" Smith; her son-in-law Dustin Wells; her stepson James Michael (Cora); her grandchildren, Blake Dishner (Stephanie Caracciolo), Jacob Pritchett (Jess Roberts), Jordan Smith, Oakly, Cody, Evelyn and Jordan Jones; her great grandchildren, Jack, June Dishner, Iva, Harper and Ivory Roberts; and her close friend Betty Ogle.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rawlings Funeral Home (716 Eastgate Rd, Sevierville, TN 37862). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Meredith Family Cemetery (110 Bishop Village Dr, Duffield, VA 24244).
