We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2021, at the age of 86, Velma Carter of Sevierville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Gibson and Lela Gibson; and her daughter Kelley. She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly and Kathy Carter; her grandchildren, Kevin and Emily Burns; her great grandchildren, Hunter and Hannah; her sister Kay; and her nieces, Christie and Debbie. She is also survived by 4 brothers and 3 sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
