She was predeceased by: her mother Marlene Clabo; her children, Jacqueline Romanowski and Derrik Underwood; and her sister Joy Ford. She is survived by: her siblings, Dwayne (Sabrina Underwood) and Candace (Bryan Hurst); and her nieces and nephews, Josh Underwood, Tyler Underwood, Patrick Cantrel, Dylan Ford, Lacie Underwood and Terra Porch.
