He is survived by: his mother Joyce Ricker; his wife Ronda Taffer; his son Dakota "Cody" James; his brother Jimmy Taffer (Alison); his aunt Maxine Beeler; his cousins, Marsha Buttry (Gary), Nathan Layman and DeeDee Taffer; his parents-in-law, Jimmy and Linda Tatum; and his nieces, Shannon Blair (Brice), Tara Thompson (Josh Smith), Stacy, Kris and Bobbie Arender.
