She was predeceased by: her husband Sebern Huskey. She is survived by: her children, Randall Medley (Debbie), Glenn Medley (Angie) and Karen Ferguson (Mike); her siblings, Kenneth Waggoner (Christine), Sue Sexton (Don), Donna Welch and Sandy Adams (Mike); and her sister-in-law Wilma Waggoner.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Childrens Hospital in Joann's honor.
