He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ferguson and Ruth Ferguson; his brothers, Thomas Ferguson and Edward Halloran; and his daughter Brook Ferguson.

He is survived by: his sons, Avery Ferguson and Corey Ferguson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
