She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Arlen, Harriet Whelan and Anna "Annie" Foster. She is survived by: her parents, Arlene Foster Jr. (Whelan) of Sevierville, Tennessee and Rick Foster Jr. (Vicki) of White Cloud; her siblings, Alexandra Sams (Kyle) of Jenison, Carmen Foster (DJ Boomgaard) of Jenison, Nick Ballance (Nikki Osborn) of Grand Rapids, Jeff Ballance (Alaina Gransden) of Cedar Springs, Ryan Dalasinski of Saginaw and Felicia Dalasinski of Gallatin, Tennessee; her grandfather Rick Foster Sr. (Shelby) of White Cloud; her aunts and uncles, Sharon Hill (Gary Chandler), Dave Foster (Tracey), Jeff Foster (Letha) and Lori Warren; and her pet Hazel Mae. She is also survived by several cousins and special friends.
