We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2018, at the age of 33, Justin A. McGowan (Sevierville, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Wayne A. "Rick" McGowan; his grandparents, Mel McGowan, Major Buster and Wilma Kimbrough; and his uncle Robbie Kimbrough.

He is survived by: his fiancée Rachelle Liner; his son Matthew McGowan; his siblings, Samantha Caldwell (Stacey), Ashley Williams and Robbie McGowan (Jenna); his grandmother Pansy J. McGowan; and his mother Stephanie Langston (Roger). He is also survived by 2 nephews; and a host of aunts and uncles.
