He was predeceased by: his father Wilbur Juvinall. He is survived by: his wife Robin Juvinall; his sons, Mark Juvinall (Amanda) and Dexter Juvinall (Laurie); his stepson Shawn Clifford (Debra); his grandchildren, Jacob, Grace, Phoenix, Mallory, Brody Juvinall and Savannah Clifford; his sister Peggy Justice; his nieces and nephews, Richard and Nena; and his friend Linda Ogle.

In lieu of flowers, the family asked for donations be made to the Sevier County Humane Society or the Gatlinburg Elks Lodge.
