He is survived by: his children, Wayne Rhines (Cherry) of Sevierville, Joan Maples (Tom) of Kodak and Kathy Ingold (Steve) of Knoxville; and his stepson Eddie Moody (Melissa) of Orange Beach, AL.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
