He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Kramer and Kathleen Kramer (Schwieterman); and his brother-in-law Jeff Bitler. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Kramer (Pickens); his daughter Kara Radl (James); his grandson Erik Radl; his siblings, Leo Kramer (Pam), John Kramer (Anita), Ruth Bitler, Marie Hackenbracht (Tom), David Kramer (Ericka), Barbara Ross (Mike) and Eugene Kramer; his godfather Leo Schwieterman; and his pet Rusty. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, relatives, friends.

If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the Humane Society of Greater Dayton.
