Richard Beadle wrote a sympathy message

“Janie was a beautiful person who was so kind to my family and me. Her son Mike and I were inseparable best friends and I can remember vividly being in her house in Zephyrhills (as I was so much) and her asking me if I was hungry (as I always was). She treated me like a third son even if it meant telling me to behave, which probably happened much too often. She made me feel completely at home; and I hope she knew how much I appreciated it. She will never be forgotten by the Beadle family.”
