It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Aaron Phillips of Sevierville, Tennessee, born in Richlands, Virginia, who passed away on January 3, 2021, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother John Nathan Rasnick; and his grandparents, John and Reba Rasnick. He is survived by: his parent Judy Rasnick Phillips of Sevierville; and his aunts, Anita Clevenger of Grundy and Jeanie Presley of Richlands, Virginia..
